Debrief in Cheryl's room every night with lots of snacks and laughter! The first year I went out before the students got back from late meetings to buy authentic NY Pizza - 8 boxes - and when I got back from walking to pick them up, the elevators weren't working - AGAIN!! - and I had to shlep all that pizza up 14 flights of stairs. Random unknown students along the trek helped me carry all that pizza or I seriously would have died before reaching the top!
